Ideal for people who have less of a sweet tooth and are searching for character as-well-as comfort in their hot choccy. This low base-level of sweetness also makes it ideal to combine with your favourite flavour complement, like hazelnut, vanilla, or caramel syrup.

Steam 20 grams of hot chocolate in 150 grams of milk. Stretch until milk reaches 60 degrees (full cream milk), 55 degrees (alternate milk).
