Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

At Evolve North, we are dedicated to delivering your products promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policy is as follows:

  • Victoria: Expect delivery within one day.
  • New South Wales (NSW) and South Australia (SA): Deliveries are typically completed in two days.
  • Queensland (Qld) and Western Australia (WA): Please allow up to three days for delivery.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

  • Unopened Product Returns:
    • Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted.
  • Defective Products:
    • If you receive a defective product due to our error, you can return it for a full refund. Please contact us at info@evolvenorth.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@evolvenorth.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Packaging: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Shipping Label: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label which you will need to print and affix to the package.
  4. Drop-off: Take the package to the nearest drop-off point for the courier service.
  5. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 2 business days, plus payment processing time. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Return Shipping Costs: For all returns, whether due to preference or a defect, we provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.
  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
