Mental Health Push-Up Challenge

This June, we’re excited to participate in The Push-Up Challenge,  a nationwide initiative that encourages participants to complete 3,144 push-ups from 1st to 23rd June in support of mental health awareness.

The Push-Up Challenge

The Push-Up Challenge is an event that encourages participants to complete 3,144 push-ups over 23 days to shine a spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2021. By joining The Push-Up Challenge, participants can help raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma, and make a difference to mental health services across Australia.

Participants can challenge themselves to complete the full or half push-up target and choose exercises that suit them best. It’s not just a good cause; it’s good for your health and a great conversation-starter.

Evolve North’s Contribution

For every team that successfully completes the challenge, either solo or as a group, Evolve North will donate $300 in addition to any donations made to our page. We’ve set a fundraising goal of $1,200, and we’re already almost halfway there with $566 raised so far! But we’re not stopping there. We’re committed to pushing for better mental health and would love your support in reaching and surpassing this goal.

Donations can be made to an individual person, a specific team, or the company as a whole. All donations will go towards our company goal and will support the Push For Better Foundation, an organisation that raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education, and health and wellbeing, as well as Lifeline and Movember.
