Switching your coffee supplier shouldn’t be a stressful endeavour. At our Coffee Roasters, we’ve simplified the process to make it as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. Here’s how we roll:

STEP 1: ANALYSE, PLAN AND STRATEGISE FOR GROWTH

In the first step, we’ll dive deep into your café’s current situation, analyse your coffee sales data, customer preferences, and growth patterns. Once we’ve gathered all the necessary insights, we’ll discuss your grand vision for your café, set achievable goals, and create a comprehensive, joint growth plan. This plan won’t just focus on the coffee aspect but also address other key factors contributing to your café’s success such as staff training, customer service, and innovative offerings.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR BLEND

Firstly, select a coffee blend that suits the taste of your customers and complements your
café’s atmosphere. We have a wide range of blends, from the lovely and welcoming ‘Morning Gorgeous’ to the unhurried premium decaf, ‘Slow & Steady’.

STEP 3: CONFIRM YOUR EQUIPMENT

Next, let’s ensure that our coffee will be brewed using equipment that extracts the best from every bean. If you already have brewing equipment in place, fantastic. If not, don’t worry; we’ll guide you to choose the right equipment for your cafe.

STEP 4: CHOOSE A SWITCH-OVER DATE AND TIME

We’ll arrange a date and time for the switch that causes minimal disruption to your business operations. Our aim is to make the transition seamless, and keep your cafe running smoothly.

STEP 5: ESPRESSO RECIPE AND GRINDER SETTINGS

On the first morning of service with your new coffee, we’re right there with you. We’ll collaborate with your baristas to finalise the espresso recipe and grinder settings. It’s a handson day, teaming up together to make sure we’re brewing perfect coffees for your customers.

STEP 6: ONGOING SUPPORT

The journey doesn’t end with the installation of the coffee machine. We understand that café owners often feel left to their own devices after the initial setup. That’s not how we operate. Even after the switch, we will remain at your side, offering ongoing support. From machine maintenance to staff training, we’re committed to ensuring the quality of your coffee experience.
